Shipping Area
Skid Heaven offers shipping within the United States.
Free shipping generally applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States, also called the lower 48 states.
For Alaska, Hawaii, remote delivery locations, or special freight situations, shipping availability and cost may vary. Contact us before ordering if your delivery address may require special handling.
Shipping Cost
Most eligible orders ship free within the lower 48 states.
If shipping charges apply to your order, they will be shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is processed.
Additional charges may apply for freight re-delivery, incorrect shipping addresses, missed delivery appointments, refused shipments, liftgate service, limited-access delivery locations, or carrier re-routing.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays typically ship the next business day.
Some products may require additional processing time depending on inventory, supplier availability, product size, freight requirements, or order volume.
Delivery Time
Most in-stock orders arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery timing may vary based on the carrier, destination, product availability, weather, freight conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Freight and Large Items
Rubber tracks, solid tires, undercarriage parts, attachments, and other heavy equipment parts may ship by freight carrier.
Freight deliveries may require someone to be present at the delivery location. The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery. Please provide accurate phone and address information when placing your order.
If a delivery location has limited access, requires liftgate service, or cannot receive freight shipments, additional charges may apply.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, Skid Heaven may provide tracking details by email, phone, or order update.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment is picked up.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.
If the shipment appears damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact Skid Heaven as soon as possible. Keep all packaging, labels, photos, delivery paperwork, and carrier documentation until the issue is resolved.
For visible freight damage, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Skid Heaven LLC is not responsible for delays, additional freight charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, unavailable recipients, refused deliveries, or carrier re-routing.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s delivery process and applicable shipping terms.
Skid Heaven LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, freight disruptions, or delivery issues outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve shipping problems when they occur.
Returns Related to Shipping
Returns and refunds are governed by our Warranty and Refund Policy.
If Skid Heaven shipped the wrong item or made an error with your order, contact us so we can make it right.
If a return is due to incorrect ordering, customer error, or a change of mind, restocking fees and return freight costs may apply under our Warranty and Refund Policy.
