Skid Heaven sells aftermarket parts for skid steers, mini excavators, construction equipment, and related machinery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product fitment, sizing, track pattern, part numbers, machine model, and compatibility before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product will fit your machine, contact us before ordering.
Manufacturer names, logos, model numbers, and part references may be used on this website only to help identify product compatibility. Skid Heaven LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the equipment manufacturers referenced on this website.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by Skid Heaven LLC.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability issues, pricing errors, listing errors, shipping restrictions, or incorrect product information.

Quotes and Custom Orders
Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no expiration date is listed, pricing and availability may change at any time before payment is received and the order is accepted.
Custom invoices, dealer pricing, military discounts, and special order items may be subject to additional terms stated at the time of purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Skid Heaven LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, supply chain delays, customs delays, freight issues, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, refused shipments, or freight re-routing may be the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact Skid Heaven LLC as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Please keep packaging, shipping labels, photos, and any delivery documentation when reporting a shipping or product issue.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Warranty and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are responsible for confirming track size, pattern, part number, machine model, and product compatibility at the time of order. Refunds may not be issued for incorrect ordering.
If Skid Heaven LLC allows a return due to an ordering mistake, a 20% restocking fee and actual return freight costs may apply. Return or refund requests must be made within 90 business days from delivery.
Warranties
Product warranties are governed by our Warranty and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties are provided by the original manufacturer, not Skid Heaven LLC. Warranty claims must be reviewed and handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Skid Heaven LLC may help provide documentation, proof of sale, or order information for warranty claims, but manufacturer warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Installation and Use
Customers are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, inspection, and safe operation of all products purchased from Skid Heaven LLC.
Skid Heaven LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, downtime, loss, or equipment issues caused by improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, incorrect fitment, modification, unsafe operation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
